   Introduction to Hadoop / Big Data: (Sanjay Sharma, Impetus) Big data- the term has recently come into existence but now everybody is facing challenges with big data. Big data solutions such as Hadoop, NoSQL and commercial MPP solutions are becoming main stream now and being used in every possible business domain- financial, telecom, social media, web search, healthcare and even all of us are using it unknowingly every day.  Hadoop has been actively developed over the last 5 years and going stronger day by day. It has grown from a humble file system to a full-fledged eco system suitable for almost all data warehousing, data mining, ETL, massive OLTP data store, machine learning and other problems in the big data world. 
   Kundera: (Vivek Mishra and Amresh Kumar Singh, Impetus) Open Source project on using Big Data in Java projects; What is Kundera, A brief history, First hand feeler, Kundera Features, Kundera Architecture, Kundera Setup, Kundera-Example, Where is Kundera now, What’s in store next
   Introduction to NOSQL: (Vinod Kumar Singh, Impetus) A thought on moving beyond the relational database. NoSQL - probably the hottest term in database technology today - was unheard of only 2 years ago. Moving from RDBMS to NoSQL has a steep learning curve. Let's relate NoSQL with RDBMS world. This session will explain NoSQL in easy terms and relate them to SQL / RDBMS world.
   BigData Analytics: (Sajal Rastogi, Impetus)  During this session, you will hear about what big data analytics is and what are the various challenges encountered while doing big data analytics.  You will also see couple of approaches that can be used to do analytics over big data.   Finally you will hear about what could be a BI strategy for performing big data analytics.
